Since our last newsletter we have run a second  'Atlas to Sacrum: Foundation to HVLA Course' and 'Certificate in Osteopathic Mobilisation Technique' both now accredited with the Sports Therapy Organisation.

It is so rewarding working with small groups, giving everyone individual feedback and seeing the progress in everyone's technical skills in only 2 days. It just shows what you can achieve in with focus, dedication and feedback from an experienced and highly skilled Osteopath, such as Jamie. 

We also have some new courses we're running in April and May (check them out below).

Over the last few weeks we have added over another 25 videos on mobilisation techniques for the shoulder, elbow and hip, including Jamie demonstrating a short flow of mobilisation techniques for the shoulder, giving you an example of how you may develop individual techniques into 'treatment' for the shoulder. 

We have also added HVLA techniues for the First Rib and carpal bones.

More are on their way.
