In Our World

We ran and delivered the 'Atlas to Sacrum: Foundation Course' - the first one we've delivered from our home town in Derbyshire. 

It was wonderful to work with 6 motivated and committed members of The Applied Technique Hub. 

Inside The Applied Technique Hub 

 We have several filming days planned to record more teaching videos to support members.

Some requests we've had so far: TL and CT junction, first rib - supine, prone and sitting, carpal joints, mobilisation of thoracic spine, articulations, and some mini courses in HVLA and mobilisation.
